Community Nurses

For individual patients unable to attend the health centre the District Nurse service will assess, plan and provide the most appropriate and highest standard of care within the patient’s own home. They can be contacted on 453 9347, if they are not available a message can be left on the answer machine.

Health Visitors

A Health Visitor is a Registered Nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women.

Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social well-being.

You can contact the health visitors at the practice and they will either give you advice over the phone, or arrange to see you in the clinic or at your home.

They can be contacted on 453 9357.
